What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
How many items can I buy in one purchase?
Orders are not limited per person/per cart.
Can I change/edit/cancel my order?
We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
Is there anywhere I can try on GRNSTR Wetsuits & GRNSTR Swim?
Yes, we stock in 6 Hillzeez Surf Shops around the south-west of Western Australia. If you are not situated close by to the stores, our online store is the only place in the world to buy original GRNSTR pieces. In the future we will be hosting Pop-Up shops Australia wide, to know when and where you can stay up to date through our newsletter and social media pages!
Do you offer price adjustments?
We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed. Please note: Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How often do you restock?
We will aim to restock as soon as possible once sold out on all products but restock dates vary on product availability.
How can I find out about restocks?
Restock information will always be posted on the GRNSTR website (www.grnstr.com) and @GRNSTR social media accounts. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be emailed any updates and announcements.

How do I care for my GRNSTR Wetsuits and GRNSTR Swim?
We have chosen our GRNSTR Wetsuit and Swim material for it's superior quality. To keep your GRNSTR pieces in pristine condition, please follow our care instructions listed below.
- Wash your GRNSTR Wetsuits and GRNSTR Swim pieces in fresh cold water as soon as possible after wearing. Ideally, soak your suit in a bowl or the sink for at least for 5 minutes before hanging your wetsuit/swimsuit out to dry.
- Lay your wetsuit and swimsuit flat to dry in the shade and use caution to never ring out the fabric or hang it, which could cause stretching and wear to the material. Sun and UV rays damage neoprene used in your wetsuits, this is why it is most important to dry your wetsuits in the shade.
- Make sure your suit is completely dry before putting away.
- Never, ever wash your wetsuit or swimsuit in the washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle. Water temperatures in washing machines are incredibly hard to regulate and the detergents made for machines are far too strong for wetsuit and swimwear fabric.
- Sun cream, tanning cream, chlorine, and hot tubs, can cause extreme damage and discolour wetsuits and swimsuits, so we recommend to be cautious of wearing your suit or getting your suit in contact with these substances. In addition, any rough surface can cause pulling and snagging of the material.
We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the wetsuit or swimsuit may incur if cared for otherwise.
Caring for your wetsuit/swimsuit in the above steps is the best way to ensure that your pieces will not deteriorate at an expedited rate.
I am an international customer (outside AUS.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by GRNSTR. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our chosen carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Australia. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Yes, GRNSTR offers exchanges for un-used GRNSTR products in regards to sizing issues and/or manufacturing faults less postage and handling. Please ensure the hang tags and hygiene stickers are intact. Any and all exchanges are able to be processed up to 14 days from date of delivery. At this stage, refunds are not accepted. What is the Warranty Policy for GRNSTR Wetsuits?
Wetsuits (only) are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months from your date of purchase, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. Customers must provide proof of receipt and photos of the manufacturing issue. Products being considered for warranty will be evaluated for repair or replacement at GRNSTR’s sole discretion. For all warranty enquiries, please email email@example.com. Are your mailing bags biodegradable?
Yes, we are proud to announce that all our mailing bags are compostable, eco-friendly and biodegradable.

Yes, we are proud to announce that all our hang tags are recyclable.

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches. Public holidays and weekends are excluded.
