At GRNSTR our priority is to not only create premium wetsuits with superior quality but ensure that our customers have a great experience when wearing our products.

GRNSTR offers exchanges for un-used GRNSTR products in regards to sizing issues and/or manufacturing faults less postage and handling. Any and all exchanges are able to be processed up to 14 days after receiving the product so long as the hang tags and hygiene stickers are intact. 

At this stage, refunds are not accepted.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
Customers must provide proof of receipt and photos of the manufacturing issue.
Products being considered for warranty will be evaluated for repair or replacement at GRNSTR’s sole discretion. For all warranty enquiries, please email contact@grnstr.com
