Generally, pre-sale items are shipped 4 months from date of purchase. Yes, GRNSTR offers exchanges for un-used GRNSTR products in regards to sizing issues and/or manufacturing faults less postage and handling. Please ensure the hang tags and hygiene stickers are intact. Any and all exchanges are able to be processed up to 14 days after receiving the product. At this stage, refunds are not accepted.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. Customers must provide proof of receipt and photos of the manufacturing issue. Products being considered for warranty will be evaluated for repair or replacement at GRNSTR’s sole discretion. For all warranty enquiries, please email contact@grnstr.com.
All international packages are shipped via DHL. Items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by GRNSTR. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL or Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Australia. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
